Who operates ZC NFC and what these Terms cover
James Yu operates ZC NFC. The business contact details appear below and in the website footer. ZC NFC is the brand used for these digital guides; these Terms do not represent it as a separate corporation.
These Terms describe use of this website and the general conditions for purchasing its digital educational products when purchasing is available. Browsing or previewing purchase details does not create an order or prove payment. Public purchasing and payment are currently disabled, and automatic customer email delivery is inactive. Customer accounts are not offered.
Digital products and the applicable offer
The ZC NFC Supplier & Quick Start Guide and ZC NFC Complete Business Blueprint are digital educational products. Physical NFC cards, inventory, shipping, and a done-for-you business are not included. The applicable offer describes the guide and its inclusions; review those details before purchasing when sales become available.
Private ZC Discord access is an inclusion of the Complete Business Blueprint, not the Quick Start Guide. This does not mean that community access is currently delivered automatically through this website. No private invitation or supplier information is provided by these Terms.
The specific product description and express inclusions presented for a purchase govern that product-specific issue. General Terms do not remove an advertised inclusion or permit delivery of materially different content. Any entitlement to later editions or updates must be established by the applicable offer; no perpetual future-update promise is made here.
Prices, payment, and purchase information
Current guide prices are shown in Philippine pesos on the offer page. The price and any applicable charges clearly disclosed for the transaction before payment apply to that purchase. A later price change does not change an already completed purchase. These Terms do not introduce hidden charges or state a VAT or tax-registration status.
When checkout becomes available, its stated payment methods and purchase details must be reviewed before payment. Purchase-detail validation alone does not charge you or reserve an order. A payment-return or confirmation page alone does not establish successful payment or entitlement.
Sales must be supported by the invoice or receipt required by applicable law. These Terms do not promise that an official invoice or access email is currently generated or emailed automatically.
Digital delivery and access
For a purchase made when sales are available, the delivery method and purchased access must be stated before payment and provided after payment is successfully verified. Contact us if the purchased material is missing, inaccessible, defective, or materially different from the offer. Applicable consumer remedies remain available.
The existing Refund & Digital Product Policy provides access with no scheduled expiration unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise. This does not guarantee lifetime operation, permanent third-party services, or a permanent download link. Access remains subject to the applicable offer, that policy, lawful security requirements, and the purchaser's compliance with the license.
Keep access codes and private download or community links confidential. Temporary links may expire; the access page provides a way to request access again where your entitlement remains valid. Do not post credentials publicly or send them in routine support messages.
Refunds and mandatory consumer rights
Refund and cancellation questions are governed by the existing Refund & Digital Product Policy linked below, subject to mandatory Philippine consumer law. These Terms do not create a separate refund policy, shorten statutory rights, or make all digital sales non-refundable under every circumstance.
Nothing here excludes a remedy available under applicable law for a defective or nonconforming product, failure to deliver, or another breach of our obligations. A disclaimer about business results is not a disclaimer of product conformity. Lawful payment disputes and complaints are not prohibited.
Educational information and business results
The guides provide educational and business information. They do not guarantee income, profit, sales, customers, reviews, rankings, or business success. Outcomes depend on your execution, market conditions, pricing, decisions, and other circumstances. Examples or planning exercises are not promises of results.
The materials are not a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified legal, tax, accounting, or financial professional. You are responsible for the registration, permits, taxes, consumer obligations, and platform rules applicable to your own separate business. This does not remove ZC NFC's responsibilities for its own products.
Your license and permitted business use
Consistent with the Refund & Digital Product Policy, a purchase gives the purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased materials for the purchaser's own permitted business or educational use. It does not transfer copyright. Revocation is subject to that policy and applicable law; it is not an unrestricted right to remove paid access arbitrarily.
You may use the methods you learn to operate your own business. That is distinct from copying or redistributing protected materials. Unless authorized in writing or permitted by law, do not resell, republish, upload for others, substantially reproduce for distribution, or repackage ZC NFC's protected guides and private resources as your own information product. Do not sell or share purchased access credentials.
Purchasing does not grant ZC NFC branding rights, a franchise, an exclusive territory, employment, partnership, agency, or authority to bind James Yu or ZC NFC. No restriction on operating a competing NFC service is imposed by these Terms.
Intellectual property and responsible use
Rights in original ZC NFC written materials, graphics, and branding remain with their respective rights holders. General ideas and business methods are not claimed as a monopoly. Third-party trademarks, documentation, and materials remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable law.
Do not impersonate ZC NFC, misrepresent an affiliation, bypass access controls, compromise the website, or use it unlawfully. Provide accurate information when making a purchase or asking us to locate a transaction. No customer-account system is created by these conditions.
Independent suppliers, tools, and community platforms
Suppliers and tools discussed in the materials are independent third parties. Their prices, stock, shipping, policies, and availability can change. Check their current terms and suitability before entering into a separate transaction. These Terms do not disclose supplier identities or guarantee their ongoing availability.
ZC NFC is independent of Google, Meta, Discord, and other named platforms; mentioning a service does not imply sponsorship or approval. External services have their own terms and operating conditions. Their independence does not exclude any responsibility that applicable law places on us.
Where community access is included, protect the private invitation and materials, and do not use that access for harassment, spam, unlawful activity, or unauthorized redistribution. Discord's availability depends on that third-party platform. These Terms introduce no arbitrary removal rule or new community-access duration.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy linked below explains personal-data processing, browser storage, your rights, and the privacy contact. These Terms do not replace it or create blanket consent to data processing. Production visitor analytics collection remains disabled.
Complaints and redress
Send a complaint or access problem to the support email or mobile contact below. Give the relevant purchase email, order reference if available, and a clear description of the issue. Provide proof of payment only where reasonably needed, and do not include passwords or access codes. We use this channel to review and address complaints.
Where the Internet Transactions Act applies, use the required internal redress mechanism before escalating as provided by that law; it is deemed exhausted when the complaint remains unresolved after seven calendar days from filing. This describes the statutory exhaustion rule, not a guarantee that every issue will be resolved within seven days. Your rights to seek appropriate DTI, regulatory, court, payment-provider, or other lawful remedies remain preserved.
Applicable law and responsibilities
These Terms are governed by Philippine law, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable product-conformity obligations. No absolute no-liability clause, mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, or exclusive foreign venue is imposed.
Mandatory law takes priority. Specific express offer terms govern their product-specific subject; the Refund & Digital Product Policy governs refunds subject to law; these Terms provide general conditions; and the Privacy Policy describes data handling. None is used to retract accrued consumer rights.
Changes to these Terms
Updated Terms will show their effective date. Changes operate prospectively where appropriate and will not be used retroactively to improperly remove rights from a completed purchase. The applicable purchase terms and mandatory law continue to protect accrued rights. Terms presentation and any required transactional acceptance must be reviewed before public checkout is activated.
